Summary: My work is centered on helping you connect with your emotions, understand what they are telling you, and use that awareness to create meaningful change in your life. In therapy, we explore your moment-to-moment emotional experience in a safe, collaborative space, allowing clarity, insight, and connection with yourself to emerge at your own pace. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you are accepted as you are, helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Together, we also cultivate self-compassion, learning to respond to difficult feelings with kindness rather than self-criticism. While my primary focus is emotion-centered and process-oriented, my training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) also informs my work and may be thoughtfully integrated when helpful.
